Jesus Christ
As Jesus walked along, two blind men started following him. “Take pity on us, Son of David!” they shouted. When Jesus had gone indoor, the two blind men came to him and he asked them, “Do you believe that i can heal you?” “Yes sir!” they answered. Then Jesus touched their eyes and said, “Let it happen just as you believe!”- And their sight was restored. That’s how he healed the two blind men. (Bible)
“Jesus founded Christianity, one of the world’s most influential religions. His teachings and life are recorded in the Bible’s New Testament and emulated by Christians all over the world” (Biography). Jesus is most commonly known for his acts of kindness and his ability to heal others. He even caused deaf to hear and dumb to speak. He himself took over our sickness and carried away our diseases. He heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds. Christ himself carried our sins in his body to the cross, so that we may not die to sin and live for right causes. It is by his wounds that we have been healed.
Everywhere Jesus went, to villages, towns, or farms, people would take those who were ill to the market places and beg him to let them at least touch the edge of his cloak; and all who touched it were made well. |
